Mission Christmas

This year as a school we decided to support ‘Cash for Kids: Mission Christmas’. This is a charity that aims to provide a gift for every child to wake up to on Christmas morning. We appealed for your support by asking you to bring in a gift to donate to this worthy cause, and we are astounded by the generous gifts that were received!

Members of our school council helped us deliver all of the gifts to our local drop off point. The staff there were amazed at just how much was being donated!

Article 27 states: you have the right to food, clothing, a safe place to live and have your basic needs met. You should not be disadvantaged so that you can’t do many of the things other kids can.

With the donations provided, we have helped to ensure that children are not missing out on things other kids would be able to enjoy.

We thank you all for your generosity and wish you all a Merry Christmas!
