At 11 o’clock we took part in a 2 minute silence for Remembrance Day. We spent the day taking part in lots of activities about poppies and remembrance. We watched an animated video about Remembrance Day, wrote about why today is a special day, made split pin poppies, poppy medals and drew pictures of poppies.
