This morning Reception enjoyed a trip to Whickham school where we used their floor to ceiling climbing wall! The aim of this trip was to develop our gross motor skills and spacial awareness on the wall. We all had to wear a harness to keep us safe and we learnt a figure of eight knot is used to attach us to the ropes. Everyone took part and gave the climbing wall a very good try. Some of us even got to the top!
