Reception multi-sport festival

Today ten children from Reception took part in the into space multi-sport festival at Gateshead Leisure Centre. This was a sporting event ran by the School Sports Partnership where lots of other schools attended too!

During the afternoon we enjoyed lots of different sport stations based around space. We ran through space cones, jumped like astronauts, showed our balancing skills, took part in an alien hunt and completed a rocket run!

We had so much fun and learnt new skills. We showed good listening skills to the young leaders and represented Front Street extremely well.
