On Monday Reception enjoyed their visit to the Centre For life, in Newcastle. They enjoyed time in the soft play, dressing up as Astronauts, watching a show about air and our Earth, exploring a space station, using computers to create different sections of space ships, listening to Astronauts telling their own stories and having a session about the world map and where different animals come from!
Everyone enjoyed watching the video ‘Little Bear’ – an enchanting planetarium show.
Little Bear goes stargazing and finds many dot-to-dot animals including a whale, a swan and a lion. They keep on looking until they find a little bear, just like them, in the night sky.
