Year Six have carried out a VERY important responsibility this week.  Following the death of Edward the Confessor, our wise Year Six pupils were needed to decide who would succeed the king. 

To do that they took on the roles and responsibilities of the Witan.

But with four candidates for kingship, and over two hundred years of power struggles, this wasn’t an easy choice to make.
