Dinky Dinos!

Nursery children have really enjoyed learning about the dinosaurs this half term. A mystery egg arrived and we looked after it and when it finally hatched, we discovered it was a Stegosaurus! We have found out about different types of dinosaurs and what they ate. We even had a visit from Mrs Short who showed us her collection of fossils. The children then visited the Hancock Museum. They learnt about different types of dinosaurs and about ammonites. They took park in fossil activities and enjoyed looking around the museum. The T-Rex skeleton was very popular! Article 28
