This week Reception have been learning about our new King Charles, the Royal Family and all about what is going to happen on Saturday!
We have each made our own crown with the Kings photo in the middle, paper chains and Union Jack flags based on our artist Yayoi Kusama. We used our cooking skills to make mini quiches and we decorated a biscuit in the red, white and blue colours. We enjoyed joining in our whole school parade this afternoon and singing the National Anthem which we have been learning this week. Thank you to our kitchen staff who made us afternoon tea to enjoy for our lunch today!
