Today our year 6 children had their last swimming session at Dunston Swimming Baths. This afternoon was all based on lifesaving – a skill we feel every child should have.
The children have learnt how to put a life jacket on, how to perform lifesaving front crawl and how to safely exit a boat if ever needed.
Staff were so impressed with the children’s team work and encouragement towards each other, well done everyone!
