The whole school had great fun celebrating World Music Day on Thursday. We had music playing on the yard across the day, it was a joy to see so many people smiling and dancing: parents, carers and grandparents as well as the pupils and staff! In the morning, the music ambassadors did a great job in assembly sharing about the origins of World Music Day and how it is celebrated all over the world. We then had our very own whole school ‘Front Street Sing-a-thon’ where across the full afternoon, year groups came together to sing and also listen to the beautiful voices of children from different year groups.
