 To achieve continued provision of a quality, reliable and flexible play service, we have established a vision with clear goals.

 Portfolio:  

  • Customer (parent/carers) is to provide a welcoming, inclusive, quality, reliable and flexible  play service.
  • Client (children) is to provide a friendly, happy, fun, challenging, stimulating play environment where children develop responsibility for themselves to become confident and independent individuals.

Staff:

  • Being a family friendly employment practice where staff are inspired to do their best, provide good training and development opportunities to keep up to date with current thinking and practice.

Partners:

  • To earn our customers’ enthusiasm by continued joint working with parent/carers, children, students, and the private sector, statutory and voluntary organisations.
