Today in Science, we learnt about the everyday uses of magnets like how they play a crucial role in recycling plants and maglev trains.
We then participated in an experiment where we discovered innovative ways to separate sand, paper clips and cans without physically touching the materials, using different tools and of course a magnet. We learnt an important lesson: while all magnetic objects contain metal, not all metals are magnetic.
