Our Year 5 children had the incredible honour of attending Gateshead’s British Citizenship Ceremony yesterday at the Civic Centre. It was a truly special occasion, and our students had the pleasure of sharing this event with the local Mayor, the Deputy Lieutenant, and senior members of the Council. The children shone brightly, performing two beautiful songs, ‘Fight Song’ and ‘We are Unity’, with remarkable talent. Their behaviour throughout the ceremony was outstanding; they were polite, respectful, and an absolute pleasure to be around. We are immensely proud of each and everyone one of our children – they were the perfect role models, demonstrating all of our Front Street’s drivers and values.
