A mystery egg was delivered to nursery. We researched what could be inside it. We used the internet to find out, and we looked in books. Next we made our own book about animals that come out of eggs. Some of us decided we should make a nest for the egg. We made signs so that no one would touch the egg incase it got damaged. Two of us decided they would take on a security role and guard the egg. After a few days the egg hatched. It was an apatosaurus! Now we are going to find out about dinosaurs. How exciting! Article 28
